Zhou Yu said, "Oh, looks like this will come in handy later. But I wonder what kind of person he really is."
Xiao Jie replied, "Character still needs to be judged. But from what I've seen, he should be alright."
Zhou Yu said, "Forget it, let's not worry about that now. Let's finish what we have in front of us first."
After saying this, Zhou Yu went to help move things.
A short while later, after loading the supplies, Zhou Yu got into the car and shouted, "Follow me! When we load up, make sure to take as much food as possible. Don't bother with useless stuff."
With that, Zhou Yu sped out of the underground garage, heading straight for the largest shopping mall in SH City, "HomeMart."
HomeMart was about half an hour's drive from the police station. Zombies wandered the streets along the way, but posed no real threat to Zhou Yu and his group. Zhou Yu drove recklessly all the way to the parking lot of their destination.
There, a few scattered zombies roamed.
Zhou Yu got out, knife in hand, hacking down any zombies he saw. He called out, "No need to stay behind. Everyone grab your gear and come with me to get supplies."
Suddenly, Zhou Yu remembered something and shouted, "Make sure to protect those three people."

Zhou Yu cut his way to the stairwell and stopped, saying, "We need to grab things quickly, no hesitation. Also, you three each push two carts. Nian Yu and Xiao Jie, each of you push one, Zhao Yan and Wang Kui too. I'll provide cover. The four of you, keep your free hand on your gun. I can't watch over everyone, so reload your magazines, switch off the safety, and stay alert."
Once everyone was ready, Zhou Yu said, "Go!" and dashed ahead.
He kicked open the door and was stunned.
No wonder it was the largest mall—the place was packed with zombies.
Zhou Yu shouted, "Move fast!" and started cutting a path ahead.
Everyone knew now was not the time to hesitate—they pushed their carts and followed Zhou Yu.
Occasionally, zombies rushed from both sides, but Zhao Yan and Wang Kui shot them in the head, clearing the way.
Zhou Yu hacked his way to the food section and called, "Wang Kui, throw your cart out and pull your knife. You and I will block each end of the shelf. Don’t let the zombies near them."
Upon hearing this, Wang Kui lifted his cart and hurled it into the crowd of zombies, then pulled out his dagger and killed any zombies approaching them.
Zhou Yu shouted again, "Hurry up! We can't come back here again after this. When we return to the garage, toss the carts into the car. Take the carts with us and head to the supermarket in the neighborhood. There are too many zombies here."

Zhao Yan quickly filled a cart and went to help the two couples load supplies.
At this point, Xiao Jie finished loading, pushed his cart to Nian Yu, and said, "You'll push two carts when we leave. You're not familiar with firearms, but at least I’m a detective—I’ll help them cover."
Just as Xiao Jie finished speaking, Wang Kui shouted, "Hurry up, I can't hold them off much longer!"
Upon hearing this, Xiao Jie quickly opened fire, relieving much of Wang Kui's pressure.
While Xiao Jie was reloading, Zhao Yan called from behind the shelves, "Done! We can head back now!"
Zhou Yu heard this and shouted, "Stay sharp! I’m leaving now—follow me!"
Zhao Yan returned with his cart and called to Wang Kui, "Woodhead, you go ahead of me, I’ll cover the rear. You and Xiao Jie’s wife, guard the sides."
As soon as Zhou Yu heard Zhao Yan’s shout, he began cutting forward once more.
