Reflections on Publication (July 1st)

Before I knew it, this book had also reached the age to be put on the shelves—midnight, July 1st! I won't say much—let me first bow deeply to everyone and beg for your subscriptions! (The first subscriptions are crucial, I really beg you!) T﹏T

There’s so much I want to say, yet when I sit down to type, I find myself at a loss for words.

First, let me extend my heartfelt gratitude. Thank you to my editor, Liuxing. It was thanks to Xing’s suggestion that I chose the romance options as my theme, though regrettably, I didn’t quite make the most of it—it turned out neither great nor terrible. I do feel I’ve let Xing down after receiving so many recommendations. (He’s truly a wonderful person—if any aspiring writers are reading this, please give him your votes!)

And, of course, I must thank all of you for your unwavering support. Without you, it would have been nearly impossible for me to come this far. I’ve personally thanked everyone who rewarded me in the writer’s notes on the day of their support (though I later learned that friends on QQ Reading couldn’t see these notes). I just downloaded QQ Reading to expand my reach!

I am truly moved. This is my first time writing a work like this; there are many areas where I have fallen short, but I promise things will only get better from here.

Alright, alright, let’s talk about what everyone cares about most.

On the first day the book is available, there will be a minimum update of 10,000 words, and 6,000 to 7,000 words each day thereafter.

As for the rules for bonus chapters:

A base of 1,500 initial subscriptions, and for every 200 additional average subscriptions, there will be one extra chapter (3,000 words each), with no upper limit—though honestly, I doubt it’ll get that high, haha.

For monthly tickets, since it’s a new month, every 100 tickets will mean one extra chapter. I’m hoping to aim for a thousand monthly tickets (which should be easy enough, and there’s no cap on that either).
